© Copyright-Marvin & Gentry (884501301138) Mary Alex Music ASCAP 2010 The new CD was released March 30th. 2010, Available on Amazon, iTunes as well as CD BABY. Ken Marvin decided to take a hiatus from the project as an artist and put on his producer cap. The project started at Sputnik Sound, home of engineer/producer Mitch Dane. Mitch is probably best known for his work with Jars of Clay. There he enlisted some of Music City's finest musicians: Andy Hubbard on drums (Little Big Town), Tony Lucido on bass (Ginny Owens), Bryan Sutton on mandolin (Taylor Swift, among others) and Steve Mason of Jars of Clay, played lap steel and electric guitar. After wrapping things up with Mitch, more tracks were cut at The Treehouse, where they had the pleasure of working with Dale Hansen, on pedal steel. Gentry will do some solo dates around the US and Canada in support of the project. See schedule-http://www.marvinandgentry.com/calendar.html
